Functional
requirements
Federations constantly start new working groups and create numerous
publications to defend the interests of their members and communicate their points
of view on certain topics. Because of this, it is important that the management
of a federation has a good overview on the topics these working groups are
working on and which publications finally got created.
The communication and collaboration between the federation and here
members is more and more done electronically. Also within a working group
collaboration is done digital. Providing access to the extranet for a large
member community is often a complex matter because the administrative
management of memberships, working groups and the related access rights lacks
integration.

Technical
solution
The Ometa solution is built on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and provides in
an intranet and an extranet. The architecture that Ometa has built combines
