The contractors can look in their pojectfile from one generated PDF with drawings, request forms and all other relevant documents. In the contractors portal we retrieve a GIS information through a combination of Google Maps or Bing with structured data e.g. a project from an ERP system. The contractors can access their construction-, community-, cadastral- or other institution drawings through the same portal.
Based on the contractor input estimation a calculation is made from which the buyers offer, order and invoices can be automatically generated into an approval process.
